Finding Yin WORKSHOP

Sunday, 12 November, 7-8:30pm (AEDT + US MT)
(see timezone details below)

An Online Practice for Women

Cost: $AUD 22-

In this 1.5 hour workshop, practices will be shown to drop-into the part of the Nervous System that allows for greater rest, restoration and repair.  Finding yin is also the space where intuitive wisdom can best be accessed.

Our world is filled by things that draw on our attention to be outwards facing and chasing.

This energy is a ‘yang’ system and is entirely a part of the human condition, designed to keep us in action (+reaction), attention and stimulates a level of anxiety.

When our systems seem to prioritise ‘yang’ style behaviours and actions, it can find it difficult to return back to our ‘yin’ aspects which is needed for hormonal regulation, healthy digestion, (dis)stress discharging and ultimately a sound general wellness.  This is most especially true for women.

This workshop offers techniques that can be used at home, anytime and anywhere.

These practices could be labelled as a ‘spiritual practice’, but ultimately they are very ‘human’ practices that influence a return to self, safety and personal energetic integrity.  They will help to create a sense of calm, presence and a return to our feeling sense.

This workshop is also timed during the dark moon period, making it perfectly in alignment with ‘yin’ orientating practices.
